"Thumbs up to Chef Cassandra at Heart & Soul Catering! She provided a catered lunch for the company I work at for an important meeting. We ordered sandwiches and hot food (chicken, potatoes, veggies) and a salad. All of the food was DELICIOUS! For our dessert and snacks, the chocolate chip cookies were great! Best of all was the fruit platter that she created in which the pineapple was the centerpiece. It was colorful and beautiful. There were no issues at all since she had everything that we needed: utensils, silverware, serving utensils, chafing dishes, condiments etc. Overall, the catering experience was EXCELLENT! Chef Cassandra set-up everything in a timely fashion. She was very professional and accommodating to my company's needs. I was impressed with the personal menu that she presented and she communicated well with me. I will definitely hire her for our future catering events. I highly recommend her!"
